Respect for the team.
We value the people behind every clean. Fair pay, close working relationships and practical support are central to the way we look after our team.
We’re a privately owned cleaning and facilities support business with a simple focus: helping you keep your workplace clean, welcoming and working well.

Cleaning is part of how a business looks after its people. It shapes the first impression, the comfort of a shared space and the feeling of walking into work each morning.
At Cleanestry, we bring everyday cleaning, specialist services and facilities support into a practical conversation about your premises. We listen first, agree the details and focus on a service that makes sense for you.
We value long-term relationships, clear communication and the people who do the work. That means taking the time to understand your needs and adapting as those needs change.
We value the people behind every clean. Fair pay, close working relationships and practical support are central to the way we look after our team.
A useful relationship starts with listening. We aim to keep expectations clear, communication straightforward and the service relevant to your business.
We work to improve the environmental responsibility of our methods, considering suitable products, sensible use of resources and the needs of each site.
We pay the London Living Wage to all our London employees. We believe the people caring for our clients’ workplaces should feel valued, supported and recognised for the work they do.
We take pride in our team and work closely with our employees, keeping communication open and listening to their experiences. A personal relationship matters to us — with the people doing the work as much as with the clients we serve.
Our director is a co-founder of the new UK-developed workforce management software we plan to use. His hands-on experience in the facilities industry is helping shape a platform around the realities of the job: changing shifts, multiple sites, different assignments and the people who keep services running.
Cleanestry is proud to be the planned first UK company to use this new, exclusive platform. Currently in development, it will focus initially on commercial cleaning, with ambitions to support the wider facilities industry.
Its planned strength is the way it connects each working hour to the right customer, site and job — giving managers a clearer picture of what was scheduled, what was worked and what is ready for payroll.
Planned job-specific clock-in and clock-out records will connect attendance to the correct assignment, with late or missed shifts flagged for a manager to review.
Scheduling for regular and one-off jobs will bring planned and actual hours together, helping managers identify gaps and oversee the hours agreed for each contract.
Manager-approved hours and job-specific pay arrangements will form the basis of payroll-ready reports, designed to reduce repeated data entry and support accurate preparation.
These are planned capabilities, to be tested as development progresses. Our aim is practical: clearer oversight for our clients, less administration for our managers and better support for our people.
To make a well-cared-for workplace one less thing you have to think about.
Tell us about your premises. We’ll help you plan the right cleaning service for your business.
